About

MALKOLM

22 years old. Cleveland, Ohio. Designs clothes by hand, makes music, works on cars. A creator who was on the edge of everything he'd been working toward. Then cancer changed the timeline.

Malkolm in his element, streetwear, peace sign, full of life

I'm not a CEO. I'm not a tech founder. I'm a 22-year-old from Cleveland who designs clothes, makes music, and works on cars. I was about to place my handmade clothing line in stores in New York and LA. I was about to release an album I'd been working on since June. Everything was right there.

Then New Year's Eve happened.

The Timeline

How we got here.

Before

Life was just starting

Malkolm was designing clothes by hand, making music, and working on cars in Cleveland. He was about to place his handmade clothing line in stores in NYC and LA. An album he'd been working on since June was almost ready to drop.

New Year's Eve

The ER

He went to the emergency room in the worst pain of his life. Days of testing followed. Then weeks of waiting for answers.

Surgery

Parts of him removed

Major surgery. Parts of his large intestine, small intestine, and appendix were taken out. After surgery, the diagnosis came: colon cancer.

Now

Fighting on every front

Frequent appointments, often multiple times a week. Doctors are monitoring whether the cancer has spread to his liver or lungs, and evaluating whether he has Lynch syndrome, a hereditary condition that increases cancer risk. He's sober, fully committed to healing, and building this so the next person doesn't have to figure it out alone.

March

His son arrives

A healthy baby boy is on the way. Malkolm is doing everything in his power to be present for his partner and his son. That's what this fight is for.
